Children and Teens ministries
Sunday School
During the Sunday morning worship service, we offer a nursery and graded classes for children and young teens.
All Sunday school teachers and helpers submit yearly criminal record clearances (Casier Judiciare) to the church for filing, as required by the government to work with children.
We have a short singing time with the children before starting the class.
The goal of the Sunday School program is to help our children grow in their walk with the Lord and towards the upper classes, learn to study the Bible for themselves.
The Sunday School curriculum we use can be found under our Resouces section, at the Sunday School lessons page.
Activity Club
One Saturday a month (often the second Saturday), young children from the ages of 5-9 gather from 14:30 to 17:30 for a fun afternoon of games, crafts, singing, and a Bible story.
This meeting is an opportunity for children who often do not see each other during the week to become better acquainted and enjoy time together in a safe and constructive environment.
Sign-up is required, as we need to prepare materials for the crafts, snacks, and games. For more information, please contact one of our church leaders.
Explorers Club
One Saturday a month (on the same day that Activity Club is held), the pre-teens group of our church (ages 10-13) gather in various locations for an afternoon of socializing and a short Bible meditation (from 14:30 to 17:30).
This meeting is an opportunity for our pre-teens from various areas in our country (and often attending different schools) to meet with fellow Christians and developer deeper friendships in our church community.
Bible Blast
During the school year, our teens (ages 13 and up) gather every other Friday evening for their "Bible Blast" sessions.
Each Bible study and discussion session includes a presentation of the study materials prepared by our leaders, Q&A, followed by small-group discussions that reinforce what has just been taught, to root Bible foundations in their lives. Games and Worship are part of our meetings. Snacks are provided by family-members of BB at each meeting.
On a monthly basis or whenever appropriate opportunities arise, the teen group meets on a Saturday for informal educational activities, team forging, evangelism or fellowship.
Adventure Camp
We prepare yearly camps during the month of July for the teens of our church, normally at one of the youth hostels of Luxembourg.
We have various games, team-building exercises, music, and Bible teaching, often with a guest speaker.
